Return Policy

Damages and Returns
Because our products are intended for single use, we’re unable to accept returns. Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it for you.

Refunds and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.

When a refund is issued, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Information
We ship orders via USPS and UPS.

Ground Advantage delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Processing Time
Our current processing time is 1–2 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs and Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Address Issues
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us right away at [email protected]. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Once it has been dispatched, changes can no longer be made.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, please get in touch. We can either issue a refund or resend the order if you cover the additional shipping fee.

If the provided shipping address cannot be verified when we prepare your order, we will contact you for an updated address. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
